Toshiba TLCS-12 T3153

I was researching the TLCS-12 from Toshiba, and according to some literature there must be a T3153 CPU introduced in 1974.

And according to the Pdf the more known T3190 belongs to the TLCS-12A set.

Does someone have this T3153 CPU and can you post a picture of it?

About TLCS-12A there is also an alternate part number for T3190 CPU,
