| Does such a thing exist? I know there was notebook Zenith SuperSport 386-12. But, did it use 386-12 or regular 386-16 clocked at 12MHz? Nobody seems to have 386-12 in his collection. |

It exists. There was one A80386-12 for sale on eBay a couple of months ago. Unfortunately I didn't save a picture.
