When you need to pack a lot of RAM into a small space, sometimes the only way to go is up. Utilizing selective soldering, the manufacturer of these SO-DIMMs has placed RAM chips on top of each other to achieve the capacity required, leading to a rather bulky module. A side on view is in the middle of the picture. Sorry for the poor quality; my scanner has a poor DOF, but you get the idea. This way you can fit 18 chips on a small module.

All items will be sent in a single package to AVICC. I will be sending the package tracked with insurance due to the outbreak. Postage starts at $1.50 and is capped at $4.

All prices are in USD. A bill will be sent for payment at the start of July.

More interesting is the fact that they are ECC.
Most likely made for advanced routers rather than laptops.
SMART even made registered 1GB sdr sdram so-dimms.

Looks like PC133 CL3 ECC non-registered using 64Mx4 chips. Probably for routers.

I take 4. Maybe some notebooks of mine can work with them.
