Here are some uncommon 6802s
These are Hitachi HD6802WP 6802s. They are an enhanced 6802 (the W in the part number) that doubles the onboard RAM from 128 bytes to 256 bytes.
Otherwise they are compatible with the normal 6802, and software compatible with the 6800
These are New Old Stock from 1985
8x Hitachi HD6802WP $5 each or a pair for $8
