The Bull (aka Honeywell) DPS 6000 series was the last in the line of custom processors for BULL.
These are 25MHz 32-bit processors made on a CMOS VLSI process.
Originally released in 1989, they featured in the Bull DPS 6000 series of computers. Computers could have 1-4 processors, as well as optional MMUs
This provided performance from 3-10MIPS
THey ran Honeywells GCOS 6 Operating system, but could run UNIX with a coprocessor (an Intel 386-25 ironically)
