These are PowerPC e500 core Processors with 32K I-Cache + 32k D-Cache and a 256K L2 Cache and a full FPU
These are made on a 90nm process at Motorola's Austin, TX ATMC fab
These are pretty early being made in 2006 and earlier.
2 versions one is 800MHz, the other is much earlier, Its rated at 533MHz which was well below the released intro speed of 800 It is also devoid of mask markings etc so is likely a pretty early ES.
The 8543E added an Encryption Engine and 512K of L2 cache, but seems to be the same die
These are marked 85430 so it seems marketing and engineering hadn't quite had their meetings yet lol
These are Engineering Samples and are NOS
Packaged in a green ceramic BGA with metal heat spreader
