These are part of a little used 486 chipset byu TI called the TI TACT84500
This was a EISA chipset targeted at higher end systems, it was used in some Unisys systems and was noted mostly for being buggy

10x TI TACT84543DPP EISA Chipset $3 each or a pair for $4
