These are one of the best SSDs I've ever used and the first Intel produced. They are about 10 years old yet they will survive most modern SSDs as their 50nm SLC NAND flash is practically unkillable.

These were retired from a data centre recently because they needed more storage, otherwise should be all fine. 64GB accessible space + 20% reserve = 77GB. Over 200,000 program/erase cycles per cell. Excellent read/write performance. $800 MSRP back in the day.

$25 each or $45 pair

They should arrive to the AVICC in a few days, so no postage to pay for.

Data sheet

Yes, but modern SSDs beat them in everything except durability.

Perhaps the asking price is to high, you can get them cheaper elsewhere.

I think read speeds are limited by the SATA-300 interface. If you want more, RAID0 will double those speeds easily. Anyway, what's the point of those TLC SSDs dying after a few thousand P/E cycles?

If you can show me anyone selling these, say, $15 each in bulk quantities, I'll buy their entire stock.

Didn't find them for 15 so soon, here are a few for 21 each: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-64GB-SATA-2-5-SATA-SSD-SSDSA2SH064G1GC/383588866446 but then with shipping to AVICC adds 3.25 so if you only take 1 you save 0.75 cents lol so your price is not that high

I can do $45/pair though. Not much profit for me either. I have bought a large lot because I'm going to put them in a couple of RAIDs. The rest are for sale here or elsewhere.

BTW these SSDs all have less than 5TB writes. Almost new in SLC flash terms. Also decent performance.
