Advanced TECHCOM INC was a Networking company in the 1990s that made digital microwave and millimeter wave radio systems.
Strangely they went by ATI which considering the OTHER ATI made Video Cards for computers is a bit strange
In 1998 they were purchased by World Access Inc.
These are probably Multiplexer/Demultiplexers but an interesting but of history none the less and a cool logo
6x ATI MULDEMA4.1 $2 each or a pair for $3
