Here are some super nice HP Nanoprocessors.
These are NOS, from HP Coorporate Parts Center
THese are the higher speed (8MHz) 1820-1692 version

I could do $24 for one, if that's okay.
These seem like 8xMC14500 crammed in a chip... an idea I've toyed with before. Make a multi-bit CPU form those 1-bit chips, treat them as BSPs. Smile

yah thats fine

yah like a simple logic processor but with interrupts and jmps, so pretty handy really, and for their time they are/were super fast
