These are late production Atmel AT91SAM9260QU ARM Processors.
Pretty unusual for ARM processors to be still in a QFP package in 2019, as everyone is BGA these days
The AT91SAM9260 is a 180MHz ARM926EJ-S ARM Thumb Processor with 8K D/I Caches and a full MMU
These are NOS
