| Really nice. Is it on purpose, you don't have any x87? |

Intel C4004 and C8008 are really nice. It looks like Intel D8080A could be remarked.
BTW, I added a link to your site to CPU-World's links page.

Really nice. The DX2-40 is a very rare one.
Yeah, I agree - was the K5 PR200 ever an official release? |

Thanks ! the c8008 is a NOS from sandy.s and the c4004 a working one from Lee gallagher (gmanbc). He is expensive, but his products are really good quality.
As for the D8080A, i took it from John's tradelist, "pre-FPO" means remarked ?

from cpu-collection.de :
| Quote: | | Officially the K5 line of processors went up to a 116MHz version (PR166) and was discontinued when the K6 was released in April 1997. However, there are some K5 PR200 around, probably as sample chips for mainboard manufacturers or for testing purposes. The K5 PR200 never has been officially released and is not mentioned in AMDs technical documentation (the fastest K5 in the Data Sheets is an AMD-K5-PR166ABX). |

Nice to see such a page. I'm working on one too (just unimaginably slowly ) so I know what it can take to make one. |

Pre-FPO means before Intel switched from lot codes to a FPO format
A0544 on that D8080A is the lot code
Later chips (starting around 1981) you will see the X####### format like L1234567. This encodes the test location, date, and lot of the device.
Your D8080A has the proper markings, lot code matches the date code on the bottom. Some of these chips I think got refurbished, markings got rubbed off and reapplied either by a supplier or Intel, but at least they put the right ones on haha _________________ New for 2025! The Tillamook is fine, i wasn't able to take a good picture of it, because it has too much reflects.
I'll add 100 new Intel/amd/cyrix in the next few weeks... |

yep, i'll focus only on cpu x86 intel/amd/cyrix before 2000 on the next few weeks
This is why i'm starting to sell PIII (I never really liked them) and 4xxx ( i bought them only for "must have" but i'll never have a great collection)
I'll keep Amd until thunderbird/Spitfire because it was my first love with CPU and overclocking |
