The MIPS7000 is a 64-bit MIPS RISC processor with 16KB of I Cache and 16 K of D cache as well as an ondie 256k L2 cache
The 7000A is a die shrink to 0.18u (the original was 0.25u) allowing for higher speeds
These are the fastest made by QED before they were taken over by PMC and some of the latest dated QED devices (PMC purchased them in October of 2000 but as is typical of such deal, it took some time to go through and transition production over to PMC markings)
New Old Stock
16x QED RM7000A-350T
$4 each or 2 for $7 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
