Here are some nice Motorola 88100 CPUs.
These are the 33MHz version, fully qualified (MC versus XC prefix) pretty uncommon version as these started out pretty buggy
Each CPU was typically supported by a pair of CAMMU (Cache and Memory Management Units) chips. thus there is 3x CPUs and 6x CAMMUs
