Wow, what a price! Did you check what these normally sell for? There have been a few in the forums (not recently though)

It's CLCC, not PLCC. PLCC is plastic with external leads. CLCC is ceramic.

I've seen these fetch $25 on eBay before... the hs might make that $30? Problem is these chips didn't really need one. Any old piece of sheet aluminium that's the right size to hold the chip in the socket will do.
