SOYO green motherboard (asus motherboard for what I can tell from google-fu)
Two options for CPU : AMD 486DX4-100 or Intel A486DX2-66 SK080 (choose one)
RAM: 64Mb

Price: 120€ + shipping

Works really nice, but will need a battery cleanup... SK080 will happily POST @120Mhz
