They are just some random, possibly home made, brackets that the seller decided to dump on you. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

In the picture they are bright but they are darker gold.
I thought they could be some kind of holders in 2U racks, server-like stuff.
The guy put the cpus in a plastic box without padding or peanuts and shipped it. It's a miracle nothing got broken.
Reminds me of the old sent-in-an-envelope socket A cpus... pins got bent, a lot of them. |

| Like debs said, I don't think they're related directly to the PPros. They don't look like any heatsink related hardware I've ever seen. Could just be some random part out of the machine they came from or something. |
