Here are some pretty cool Zilog Z8s
These are the earliest CMOS Z8s I have seen, dated 1986 back when Zilog first called them the Z8C (a name they later dropped)
The markings on these suggest they were fab'd for Zilog by Hitachi
14x Zilog Z86C81PS Z8C ROMLESS $7 each or a pair for $12
