These are fairly normal EPROMs except they are the 'E' Temp range which was little used (usually special order) and was dropped from most datasheets (its in my 1985 book but not much else)
'E' was the same as military but without the wider voltage range or screening
Still -55-125C though (Industrial was only -40-85C and 'limited military 'L' was -55-100C)
Similar to what Intel later used for 'V'
