very nice.

Its interesting that the sSpec for the PCPU is SZ978
and the OEM 80502-90 is SX879 (the digits are merely reversed)

My PCPU is SZ977 (one number below yours)

I know that boxed version is BP, and A is the OEM version.

I wondered the same - what is PCPU? It's not shown in the identification pages on this site (or if it is, then it's not with the identification sections for other Petnium chips...)

PCPU was the denomination for boxed cpus before they was named BP.
Means "Pentium Central Processing Unit"
Only exists on 60, 75, 90, 100 MHz, afaik.
