Woahh... these are nice I like the FWE U552C and the U2764D. According to the logo it's made in Erfurt at MME not ZMD in Dresden. It hast late 1990 datecode and the old MME-logo on it. Really strange! Maybe it was made by the successor of MME... _________________ Frank. |

Only reason I said nothing was because I was stunned (and then forgot I was going to come back to make a coment).... OK, I was just too lazy to think about it
I like the MME U2764A-CC18 and the unmarked U552C (among others).
I'm going to have to browse through your eproms collection to try and identify the manufacturer for a couple of the 2716 I got in the post this morning. One of them has a logo that looks like the Star Trek logo _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Yes, it is that one. The other one I didn't know was EuroTechnique (same part number as the Thomson - both are ET2716Q). I got a nice set of 15 2716 (of which there are 8 different parts). Not in the same league as your DDR eproms though _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

ET was a company formed in 1979 by National and St. Germain THen I think they merged into Thomsan, which merged with SGS to form ST.
So you'll see ET, SGS, Thomsan, and ST EPROM with similar markings. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
