Ok, guys i must state the fact that SL7QB,SL7Q8 is not the one CPU who recived 64-bit support.
SL7L7 (who do not was detected in wild nature before) also have EM64T. Cool

Interesting, it's a D0 as well (known versions are all E0)

It was bought together with motherboard an RAM on Ukranian trade market.
There was offer with good price for motherboard. There was no photo of CPU in it. There was a little chance to get P4 3.2 with S-Spec which I didn't have before. So i decided to buy it for luck.
Seems it's my day. Laughing

I make a photo of it after instaling Windows 7 64.

I foresaw this question. And i can tell it's the same like other prescotts i saw on
this frequensy .(Only SL7KB in my collection have common capacitors not blue like 3.2-3.4 GHz prescotts)

Pretty cool Very Happy !
Unfortunately as rare as SL7QB/SL7Q8 if not more so it is not going to cool down the demand for 64 bits 478...
And still no Nx apparently; that would be the Holy Grail Lol

It would still be interesting to know if it works where SL7Qx does not.

Yesterday was to late so i checked for compatibility only five motherboards. There some results:
(note RED - fail to work with CPU ;GREEN lunch succesfull)

1.ASRock P4i945GC.( Bios successfully detect and show "64-bit cpu")
But there are nuances. After system shut down cooler proceed to work. But no errors on next boot. Need to disable throttle protection system to unlock gull potencial of CPU.
2.Biostar G31-M4 ( Latest BIOS with no TDP limit) - OK.
3.ASUS P4P800-X (P4P800-X Beta BIOS 1010.003)- Required the latest BIOS version to work.
4.ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe.(Latest BIOS)
I must confess i had great hopes on it... And great fall...

I can enter BIOS , i can make changes , temperatures and voltages shows correct. I try to boot CD with Windows 7 64 and it's starts. But when we get to screen with colored string it's stop. Crying or Very sad
There is one thing that i use not stable Beta BIOS. Need to check.Idea
Board is dead. No way to check.
5.Epox 4pda3i. All it shows is version of video card. It ram volume. At the moment when typically it have to show installed CPU it falls to reboot.
6.GIGABYTE GA-8IPE1000-G. Latest bios. Cycle reboot after counting the RAM.

This CPU is good occasion to doubt in information from Intel Ark.
P.S. I also have several cheap ASRock 478 MB i wish to test.
Updated 10.14.2022.
It was possible to start on ASUS P4P800-X with the latest bios

I answer your question.
Pentium 4 without EM64T could not run CD with Wondows 7 64.
I have 32-bit, and 64-bit versions of CPUZ-Z,and HWInfo on flashdrive to check systems.
So in 32-bit system icons of thise programs are not displayed correctly:

And obviously it not run.
In 64 bit system all shows and run great. Additionally i have to install Windows 7 undate -kb447419-v3-x64 for launching HWInfo x64.

Now about motherboards i promised to check.
ASRock P4VM890 BIOS Ver. P1.90 - works good.
ASRock P4i65G like a P4VM890. Addition shiws our CPU.

That's crazy! I never knew a S478 chip w/ EM64T existed. I always thought the only way to pull off these shenanigans would be with some weird 478 -> 775 adapter weirdness
