Can't go wrong with a modern AMD APU.
Note that most Ryzen CPUs do not have integrated graphics. The ones that do have a 'G' at the end of their model number.
Try to buy at least 3200MHz RAM since the onboard video uses system RAM.

(Or just scavenge a win7 key off of some old PC and reuse that since they still work for some reason)
