The Octeon Plus is based on a cnMIPS MIPS64 Core (Dual issue 5-stage pipeline) with L1-I 32KB 4 way cache, L1-D 8KB 64 way cache and aL2 128KB 8 way cache w/ ECC
They are made on a TSMC 90nm process
10x CN5010-300BG564-SCP-G 300MHz $3 each or a pair for $5
