This is a complete IBM RIOS.1 Processor complex
This is the first POWER Processor design. Its the bigger brother to the RIOS.9 which had half the Data Cache (32K vs 64K)

The Board contains

FPU = Floating Point Unit (64-bit)
FXU = Fixed Point (Integer) Unit
ICU = Instruction Cache Unit (8K + Branch Prediction)
4x DCU = Data Cache Unit - 16K
SCU = Storage Control Unit
