Here are some nice IBM metal can 80386s

SOLD OUTx IBM 32G6632 80386 $25
SOLDx IBM 63F7615 80386 small die $25

1x IBM 51F1784 80386 large die $25
SOLD OUTx IBM 51F1784 80386 large die small dent $15

aberco took some of these apart years back and found that there is a couple die versions (see attached pic)

32G6632 I don't know which die it is as its pretty rare and hadn't come up before to check

63F7615 is believed to be a 25 MHz part
51F1784 is believed to be a 20 MHz part
32G6632 is new to me. (32G6633 is believed to be a 25 MHz part)

I'd take a 32G6632

I'd take a 32G6632


IBM used these in different speed systems , so one part number can support multiple speeds , for example, 51F1784 can be found in 33MHz systems too

They did this with part numbers on their 6x86s as well
