These are a pretty rare peripheral for the Z8000 Family. This is the Z8010 MMU which was designed to allow the Z8000 to support 16M of memory (pretty impressive back then). The Z8001 allows for the use of 2 MMUs, supported double that.
Part of why the Z8000 wasn't so successful is for its full potential to be used, you needed the MMU with it, adding cost.
