Here are some neat ones, these appear to be CCD Test wafers made by HP
They are fairly small wafers, probably from the early 1980s and labeled
CCD-19-4327A and CCD-19-4328A
Many of the pads are labeled, like VSS VDD CLOCK P1BAR P1 etc
$10 each or a apir for $18 sticks these in your box
