Hi,
I found a Japanese web page which shows a photo of NEC's uCOM-16 CPU.

uCOM-16 is an early two-chip CPU consisting of uPD755D (ALU and register unit) and uPD756D (microprogram controller).
It is very rare and there is virtually no information on the web. I saw its photo for the first time. |
