For sale is the following set (have 2 of them):
- U61000C This is a 1MBit DRAM chip. Made by ZMD. CDIP. Very rare and only a few produced.
- U61256 256kBit DRAM. CDIP.
- U214 D30 4 kBit SRAM. PDIP. 300ns access time.
- U2164C 20 64kBit DRAM. CDIP. Made by ZMD. 200ns access time.
- U202D 1kBit SRAM. PDIP. 400ns access time.
- US224D 20 4kBit SRAM. PDIP. 200ns access time. ZMD.
- U256D 16kBit DRAM. PDIP. Old FWE-logo.
- U256C 16kBit DRAM. CDIP. "Zentrum für Forschung und Technologie Dresden"-logo. Very rare.
- U256C 16kBit DRAM. CDIP. ZMD-logo.
Price: 14 Euro / each set. Shipping will be cheap.
