I bought mobo where the processor is soldered on the board.
Looks like Xeon 2800 DP (Nocona) and CPUZ detect's it at declared speed.
There is only one strange it's multiplier -x21 and FSB 133 that is not romal.
I do not know/find Xeon (Nocona) with such characteristics.
At post screen of BIOS it shows like Xeon 2.8(133*21) and memory 800 MHZ at dual channel. But looks real is 533.
Downwards i post screenshot from CPU-z |

A soldered in 604 chip? That's interesting. What motherboard is it in? As frag_ said, a pic would be awesome. Also, HWInfo might be able to tell what it is, though it's not 100% accurate. _________________ My WTB List

Intel G31 chipset???
I'm very interested to know what motherboard this is. The lack of model info + the soldered-in CPU suggests it's some sort of frankenboard made from recycled parts, like the Huananzhi X79/X99 boards.
HWInfo's lack of guessed S-spec and what you said earlier about its frequency and FSB are also very interesting. It might be a new S-spec. _________________ My WTB List

Yes it is a G31. (SLASJ) I check it's sspec when change thermal interface.

Looks like somethinh made by ITZR company.
About CPU.Can it be some unknown sspec or it's some ES than can be with unlocked multiplier? |

Okay yeah, that definitely looks like some of the cheap recycled 775 boards I've seen on Taobao and such. Where did you get it from?
I doubt the CPU is an ES, since CPU-Z and HWInfo are generally pretty good at picking up on the engineering sample flag. I think there's a decent chance it might be a new S-spec, though. _________________ My WTB List

Isn't the print on those chips just masked copper print?
X-ray? |
