Hi, I found a listing for a beautiful white ceramic and gold pin SL35085X VLSI IC, but I cannot find the datasheet.
It is listed as a calculator IC and i was wondering where I could find info on those rare vintage chips like this. |

This is indeed a calculator chip. You'll find one in this calculator for example

I don't expect you'll find a datasheet for this anywhere though. These aren't consumer parts. The datasheets would have been in print only, and would have gone straight to calculator manufacturers only. Because not many datasheets would have been circulated, it's unlikely any would have been saved and subsequently scanned and uploaded to the internet. |
