The 6303 is Hitachi's enhanced version of the Motorola 6803, based on the venerable 6800 CPU
They add some 16-bit functionality and are made in CMOS
These are the highest speed 'C' version and clock at 3MHz.
I don't usually see them in QFP so I picked a few up
