Here are some nice Intel StrongARM SA-1110 Processors
These are the faster speed at 206MHz (they also made a 133MHz version)
They have a 16K Instruction Cache and a 8K Data Cache and operate at 1.75V

The StrongARM is a ARM V4 processor originally developed by DEC, then bought by Intel, which later led to the Xscale line of ARM processors (which Intel then sold to Marvell thinking ARM wasn't going anywhere haha)

The SA-1110 was third in the line (after the SA-1100 and original SA-110) and was Intel's own design, made to be an alternative/replacement for the DEC designed SA-1100. It replaced the older memory controller (FPM/EDO) with one that supported more modern SDRAM
