Thank you for the interesting many informational articles.
Was also KN1801VM2. They were placed directly on ceramics, for example, on similar micro-computers. This is what stood in the peripheral adapter from the orientation system of solar panels on spacecraft.

What about the 1801VM3 ? Maybe also with fixed microcode bug, but retaining the original package? |

the VM3 appears to be in a CDIP64 rather then the DIP40 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

If interested, I'm ready to write about 1801vm3. 1801vm1 also contains a bug in the execution of byte commands where the register is the receiver (MOVB src, dst). The flag C is mistakenly cleared. _________________ My collection of post-Soviet Z80s.
