Hi all, I recently came across this Intel "Fraser River" mini-PCIe card along with some other prototype bits (got a QKKG and QHSC in the lot too!).

Anybody have an idea what this thing is? Part of me thinks it's a prototype Intel "Flash Cache Module" that was used to act as a cache for hard disks in some laptops.

Chip part numbers:

Q8AE20AA0 QHI3 ES (new q-spec?)

29F04G08BANA2

Here's another "fanci" board from the lot.

Chips are marked 29F16G08FANCI
