These are Intel IOP341 Storage processors.
They are a 800MHz Intel Xscale CPU (ARMv5TE) with 32K of L1 Instruction and Data caches as well as 512k of L2 cache
THey have an integrated DDR2 memory controller supporting 4GB of RAM and 1MB of SRAM (pretty impressive for an embedded processor)
12x Intel WP81341M0820 SL9Y4 $5 each or a pair for $8
