The VIA K8T890 was the first VIA chipset to support PCI Express
Originally announced in late 2004 actually availability wasn't until around spring of 2005
These are hand marked with some testing stickers on them

These are not protos. The date code is way too new. Those I have seen in production are with date codes starting with 2004 week 36. The ES were made in late 2003, see this reference board.
