Here are some very nice Analog Devices ADSP-2100KG Engineering Samples
The ADSP2100 was Analogs first major DSP processor. It was announced in 1986 (at WESCON) and released in 1987.
These Samples are dated early 1987
The ADSP2100 is a 16-bit Harvard arch. processor made on a 1.5u double layer CMOS process
It runs at 8.192MHz and includes a hardware MAC, Shifter, and full ALU as well as instruction cache. It formed the basis for much of Analog Devices DSPs and is still in use today.
