According to tables, this Westmere-EP low-power CPU was ordinarily available through OEM channels, but it does not seem it is available, like, anywhere, while others like L5640 are everywhere for few bucks.

So, has anybody ever seen that CPU? Did it actually even exist??

Not one I have in my collection, need to add it sometime.

These were likely used for Blade use

Been more interested in actually using them, got lot of 2U servers great for storage purposes (so you don't need hardcore CPU power, rather than low consumption) but looking at the availability, posted here Very Happy And ordered some L5630 and 40 for the time being.

I had a quick check of some Chinese sites, but couldn't find anything there. There were a few results, but they were all just mislabeled E5645s. I wonder if the Ukranian listings are the same.

There are a comment from online shop:

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide such information. We buy equipment from US Datacenters. We also remove components from it. We provide a 12 month warranty for the processor.
