These are some Engineering Samples of the STi7100 (developed from the STi5500 OMEGA line)
Typically used as set top box controllers they are rather impressive chips, integrating multiple cores, of completely different types
These have 3 CPU cores
1x 266MHz Hitachi SH-4 32 bit RISC (yes a Hitachi core in a ST) 16K I Cache + 32K Data w/ MMU
2x 400MHz ST231 (joint ST/HP Labs VLIW core)
