These are prototypes of the MC68F396 which is a CPU32 (68000) based CPU used for automotive applications
These are extended Temp (V) and run at 25MHz. They were the top of the 68336 family and seem to be pretty uncommon
They used the same die as the 68F376 (with all the features enabled)
