Here are some nice Intel D2115AL-2 SRAMs
These are a 1024-bit (1024 x 1) Static RAM with a custom house number ( 10064007 ) and a new sspec S1845
These are the Low power L version dissipating about half the power of the non-L
20x D2115AL-2 S1845 $1
