Here are some Sun package samples (made by TI)
TI
51mm 2400LGA
Thermal/Daisy Chain Package
KD-YA5G57-A
DA6534 Cu/Ni/SiOx 1mm
Decent shape (a few scratches and minor chips)
Have to tilt them on the scanner for it to see them well, thus it being prop'd up
I have 5 of these
$10 each
