Hi Sure
the one still on the board is MBCS100503BG-4M 0608Z94
the one desoldered is MBCS100503BG-3M 0607Z23
they are SPARC64V and I pulled them out either from a Primepower900 or 850. the other one is from a Primepower 450. |

I give up - it's expensive for me - 7Euro for a broken processor and 14 Euro for other with bend pins. and transport from the USA comes out cheaper
