Here are some real cool ones I found while cleaning.
These are made by ITT back in the late 1960's or early 1970's. They are 55mm gold backed wafers.
They are 9304 Dual full Adders, This is ITTs second source (typically for military applications) of the Fairchild 9300 TTL family.
They were fab'd at ITTs 130,000 sqft fab in West Palm Beach, FL that when opened in 1964 was state of the art (and cost all of $3.6million to build lol)
Each comes in its own labeled Flouroware case
$6 each or a pair for $10

This is the 60s and 70s, back when things were cooler, EVERY SINGLE WAFER gets its own case
