Hi All,
At last an update for www.cpu-info.com! I introduced a new logo, what do you think of it?
I finally found a scanner that scans the K6-2's with engraved prints. Normally i use an HP ScanJet 7200, but that one has bad results with the engraved printings. The HP ScanJet 2400 i have now does the job just fine!
The collection has been updated with 66 new CPU's/FPU's. Here are some of the more special ones :
- 5050 83C87 DX40
- AMD K6 Marketing Sample
- Green Math 4C87SLC 40
- NexGen Nx586 P100 E/E
- NS486SXL-25
And many many more
Please have a look on www.cpu-info.com!
To all my fellow collectors who traded with me, Thanks! Lets do that again!
Regards,
Job

The only problem I can see with your site is that I can't see full size images in Firefox. The new window that opens for them is too small and can't be resized or scrolled (it's smaller than the original thumbnail, so I can't see full size images).
Other than that it looks great, and I agree the collection of Nexgen is amazing! I like the Green Math chips as well, not seen them before! _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Nice chips! I have already drooled over that K6 marketing sample before...
And what a writeup on the AMD Athlon! Very nice document to preserve history with. _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Now over 6000 different chips in the database. |

Using Firefox 1.5
Image window can be resized just fine.
But yes, a javascript fix for opening a bigger size window would be good.

Edit: Firefox 1.5.0.1 | I'll have to figure out what the problem is then, as I have the same version of Firefox and couldn't resize the windows I hope I'm not going to need another reinstall to fix this and a couple ofother problems I've been having _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I'm using Linux and I think that in the XWindow system (the default graphics output) all windows are always resizable It just means that Fox can not create an unresizable one as it can in M$ Windows. Not sure though _________________ Collecting soviet and western CPUs once again -- highfive to old-timers o/ |

Thank Job. There are some nice chips that I would like to see full-size, so I look forward to the updated version of the script when you are able to get round to it _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
