Found this one in a bunch of chips
Fujitsu Logo MBCS450513-0 ET 1241Z14 ES
It is in BGA package, seems never been soldered. Cap is a bit rusted
Anyone has idea what this chips is? _________________ Want List

part number for Sparc64 X+ is MBCS450515B
so this is can be a Sparc64 X due the part number very close, also layout is the same
ES not mean for Engineering Sample |

Don't know, I have 4/5 Fujitsu Sparc and SparcLite CPUs either in ceramic and plastic with ES marking
I don't believe to be so lucky to find so many engineering sample  |
