I like these Atmel's as they were pretty big and bold with their logo, don't see that much these days
These are a enhanced 80C51 CMOS core, running at up to 33MHz with 64K of Flash and 1K of RAM (the highest spec of the series)
These use the older part numbering too, as they were originally made in 5V or 3V versions
these are 'CM'
5V Commercial temp
10x Atmel 89C51RD2-CM $2 each or a pair for $3 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
