I think it was once sold as APAC Voodoo Graphics judging by the style of the VD102P sticker. Since APAC (like many other brands) actually sold A-Trend built cards it’s basically an A-Trend underneath.

A-Trend did also sell their own branded cards: the A-Trend Helios 3D. Generally you can easily identify cards that are A-Trend underneath because of the AQA sticker on the D-SUB connector and the round sticker on the back that is usually red but can be yellow or sometimes blue, too.
